       (A) COMPLETED LOG BOOKS & PROFICIENCY BADGE CERTIFICATES IN     
              ORIGINAL DULY SIGNED BY UNIT LEADERS AND BADGE EXAMINORS.

       (B)  TRITIYA SOPAN SCOUTS / GUIDES ( ONLY ) MUST BRING FIVE  PASSPORT   
              SIZE COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS IN CORRECT AND COMPLETE UNIFORM
      
      RAJYAPURASKAR SCOUTS AND GUIDES & PRAVEEN ROVERS &  RANGERS             
       SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING:

       (A) PROVISIONS AND OTHER MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR COOKING IN OPEN
             AIR WITH FIRE &  SERVING FOOD FOR 3 PERSONS INDIVIDUALLY ( EACH         SCOUT / GUIDE, ROVER / RANGER TO COOK ONE SWEET DISH, ONE HOT /
             SPICEY DISH AND MAKE ONE BEWERAGE          
      (B) SHOULD BRING MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR BUILDING IMPROVISED  
             SHELTER FOR TWO PERSONS.
     ( C ) SHOULD PRODUCE COMPLETED LOG BOOK AND ALL PROFICIENCY
             BADGE CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL TAGGED AS A BUNCH TOGETHER
             DULY SIGNED BY THE UNIT LEADERS AND BADGE EXAMINERS.
      (D) SINCE THE STATE LEVEL RAJYAPURASKAR IS SCHEDULED TO BE
             IMMEDIATELY AFTER  THIS CAMP IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE   COMPLETED  LOG BOOKS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITHOUT FAIL.
Hence  you are requested to kindly send your Scouts / Guides / Cubs and Bulbuls, Rovers and Rangers ALONG WITH THEIR SCOUT MASTERS, GUIDE CAPTAINS, CUB MASTERS , FLOCK LEADERS, ROVER SCOUT AND RANGER LEADERS  respectively to the above Camp so as to enable them to prepare for the Testing Camp.

            The List of ELIGIBLE SCOUTS, GUIDES, CUBS AND BULBULS selected by the District / State is enclosed herewith.

NOTES FOR THE SCOUT MASTERS, GUIDE CAPTAINS, ROVER & RANGERS CUB MASTERS & FLOCK LEADERS:

01.       Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp. If it is already paid please bring the Receipt or the Receipt No and Date of Payment. -

02.       Scouts / Guides / Cubs / Bulbuls must prepare themselves to Sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song  and National Anthem individually and Say the Law, Promise and Pravesh Subjects orally. Cubs and Bulbuls must prepare for the Cub / Bulbul Greeting.

03.       Those who have not yet submitted their application for the Testing Camp for Tritiya Sopan Scouts and Guides and  Tritiya Charan  Cubs and Suvarna Pankh  Bulbuls , Praveen Testing Camp can submit their applications ON OR BEFORE 9th December 2014  . Applications received after 9th December 2014  will not be entertained.
