Karunamayi Vijayeshwari Amma on 7th February 2010, at 5.00 PM, for her pariticipation in Vishwa Dharma Sanmelana . The function is being held at Malleshwaram Play Grounds. Thousands of devotees are expected to participate. You are required to give them instructions and help the organisors to make the function a Grand Success.

Sub: Testing Camp for Chaturtha Charan / Heerak Pankh Awards for Cubs and Bulbuls
Scout and Guide Greetings to you Sir/Madam,
We are happy to inform you that Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bangalore North District is holding the Testing Camp for Chaturtha Charan Awards for Cubs and Heerak Pankh Awards for Bulbuls at "Shanthigruha", Girl Guide HQ, Palace Road, Bangalore - 560 001 on 6th and 7th February 2010.
Detaisl are as follows:
01. Venue: "Shanthigruha", Girl Guide HQ, Palace Road, Adjacent to Maharani's College,
Bangalore - 560 001
02. Dates : 6th February 2010 and 7th february 2010 ( 2 Days Compulsory for all Eligible
Cubs and Bulbuls
03. Registration Fee : Rs. 50/-per Head
04. Camp Fee : Rs. 100/- per Head (INCLUSIVE OF FOOD CHARGES FOR TWO DAYS)
05. Building Fund : Rs. 50/- per Head
06. Time of Reporting : Before 8.00 AM on 6th February 2010
07. What to Bring: Correct and Complete Cub and Bulbul Uniform, Knot tying Rope,
Log Boook, Pen , Sketch Pen, Proficiency Badge Certificates, Writing Materials, APRO etc.,
Water Bottle, Plate and Mug (Compulsory)
Hence you are requested to kindly send the Eligible Cubs and Bulbuls along with their Cub Masters and Flock Leaders to the above camp so as to enable them to appear before the Examinors.

01. Those who have not paid the Unit Registration Fee may pay the same at the Camp. If it is already paid please bring the Receipt No. and date of payment
02, Cubs and Bulbuls must prepare themselves to Sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song and National anthem individually and say the Law and Promise and Pravesh Subjects only
03. Applications for the Chaturtha Charan Cubs , Heerak Pankh Bulbuls Award for the 2010-11 must reach the District Office before 6th February 2010 . For Details Contact Mr. Shankar, ASOC
