22ND FEBRUARY 2016 at Shanthi Gruha, Bangalore.

We are pleased to state that the Bharat Scouts and 

Guides, Karnataka is organizing Thinking Day 
World Brotherhood & Sisterhood Day on 22nd 
February 2016 at “Shanthi Gruha”, Guide HQ, 
Palace Road, Bangalore – 560 001.

                       Theme: “ CONNECT “           

Details are as follows :

a) Venue           : “Shanthi Gruha” Scouts and Guides State 
                             Training and Camping Centre, Next to 
                             Maharanis  Science College,Palace Road, 
                             Bangalore-560 001.

b) Date:           :      Monday the  22^nd February 2016.

c) Reporting Time  :       09.00.A.M.

d) Closing Time      :       05.00.P.M.

e) What to bring    :      (01) Plate , Mug and Water Bottle

                                      (02) Drawing and Painting of the Portraits                                               of Lord and Lady Baden Powell 
                                            Materials required for this has to 
                                            brought by Children .Drawing Sheets 
                                            will be  given

                                         (03) Essential materials required for 
                                           making the Greeting Cards 
                                          You can prepare at home and Bring

                                         (04 ) Come prepared for presenting 
                                          a Humorous Drama / play / Skit 
                                          Costumes required for this has to be 
                                          brought

Certificates will be issued to all the Participants. Breakfast, Lunch and evening Snacks will be provided. 

             We therefore request you to kindly to depute 10 Scouts 10 Guides , 5 Rovers , 5 Rangers ,

 2 Scouter and 2 Guider along scouts and Guides .

      Please extend your Support  and Co-operation for the Successful Conduct of this very 

important Event on 22^nd February 2016.

   Kite making and flying, Drawing and Painting , Forest Games for Cubs, Tara                Stories for Bulbuls, Exhibition, Folk Festival, Red Flower and Kalarava, March              Past, Entertainment Games, Note : Things required for the above should be                  brought by Cubs and Bulsbuls

09. What to Bring                  2 Sets of Uniform, Light and Warm Bedding,  

            Plate and Mug, Cotton Rope, Pen , Penci, Water Bottle, Bucket , 
            Mug, camp Fire Items, Dress and Costumes required for Play Acting, 

            Tara Story and Folk Dance

10. How to reach the Campsite       : By train from Bangalore City Railway 

            Station Get Down at Ramanagara. Or By Bus. Arrangements are made 

            to pick up at Ramanagar Railway Station and Bus Stand.

11. Travelling Allowance  : IInd Class Concessional Train Fare or Normal

            Bus Fare will be reimbursed on production of Xerox Copies of Tckets

 12. Quota    : 06 Cubs, 06 Bulbuls 1 Cub Master, !Flock Leader                                                      for every Pack or Flock Totally Total 18 Cubs , 

                  18 Bulbuls 3 Cub Masters, 3 Flock Leaders for the District
