Clothing, Light Warm Bedding, Plate, Tumbler, Mug , Toilet Kit, Knot tying Rope,
Staves and Coir Ropes for making Gadgets, Pioneering Projects, Note Book, 
Log Book, Pen, Pencil, Rubber, Torch, Proficiency Badge Certificates, Writing 
Materials, APRO, Personal Medicines, Needle and Thread ( White Green 
and Blue ), Water bottles, Mosquito Coils, Odomas etc.,

RAJYA PURASKAR SCOUTS AND GUIDES SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING:

01.  PROVISIONS AND OTHER MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR COOKING IN 
      OPEN AIR WITH FIRE AND SERVE FOOD FOR 2 PERSONS INDIVIDUALLY 
     ( EACH SCOUT / GUIDE TO COOK ONE SWEET, ONE HOT / SPICY DISH
      AND MAKE ONE BEVERAGE )

02.  SHOULD BRING MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR BUILDING 
      IMPROVISED SHELTERS FOR TWO PERSONS

03.  SHOULD PRODUCE COMPLETED LOG BOOK AND ALL THE 
      PROFICIENCY BADGE CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL TAGGED AS A 
      BUNCH TOGETHER DULY SIGNED BY THEIR UNIT LEADERS AND 
      BADGE EXAMINERS

04.  SINCE THE STATE LEVEL RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP IS 
      SCHEDULED TO BE HELD IMMEDIATELY AFTER THIS CAMP IT IS 
      NECESSARY THAT THE COMPLETED LOG BOOKS SHOULD BE 
     SUBMITTED WITHOUT FAIL

TRITIYA SOPAN SCOUTS AND GUIDES, TRITIYA CHARAN CUBS AND 
SUVARNA PANKH BULBULS SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING:

01.  COMPLETED LOG BOOKS AND PROFICIENCY BADGE CERTIFICATES 
     IN ORIGINAL DULY SIGNED BY THE UNIT LEADERS AND BADGE 
     EXAMINERS ( SPECIMEN CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED)

02.  TRITIYA SOPAN SCOUTS AND GUIDES ONLY SHOULD BRING
    THREE PASSPORT SIZE COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS IN CORRECT AND 
    COMPLETE UNIFORM

Hence you are requested to send the Eligible Scouts, Guides, Cubs, Bulbuls, Rovers and 
Rangers along with their Scout Masters, Guide Captains, Cub Masters, Flock Leaders , Rover 
and Ranger Leaders respectively to the above Camp so as to prepare for the Testing Camp and
 present themselves before the Examiners.

01.  AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF NHQ IT IS NOW REQUIRED TO 
    FURNISH FATHERS NAME, MOTHERS NAME, DATE OF BIRTH ALONG 
    WITH CANDIDATES NAME IN ALL OUR FUTURE LIST . YOU ARE 
   REQUESTED TO BRING ALONG WITH YOU THE MOTHERS NAME ALSO 
   FOR THE TESTING CAMP.

02.  AS PER NEW RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE NHQ IT IS COMPULSORY 
     THAT ALL THE SCOUTS AND GUIDES SHOULD ATTEND THE 
     RAJYAPURASKAR PREPARATORY CAMP. THE DIVISONAL / STATE LEVEL 
     RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP WILL BE CONDUCTED BY THE STATE 
     HQ . THE LIST OF SELECTED SCOUTS AND GUIDES WILL BE SENT 
    YOUR SCHOOLS DIRECTLY BY THE STATE HQ.

03.  THOSE WHO HAVE NOT PAID THE UNIT REGISTRATION FEE MAY PAY

Sub: 33^rd Course for Leader Trainers (Guide Wing) – 05^th to 11^th February 2013. 

We are pleased to inform you that according to the Schedule of Event of the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, the Leader Trainers (G.W.) Course will be held at NTC, Pachmarhi, M.P. as per details given below.

	Venue	The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, MP-461881
	Reporting	04.02.2013 Evening or on 05.02.2013 before 08.00 A.M.
	Relieving	11.02.2013 After 04.00 P.M. (Accordingly return journey reservation may be done)
	Camp Fee	Dev. Fee Rs. 100/-, Special Fee Rs. 50/- = Total Rs. 150/-.
	Financial Assistance	Free hospitality will be provided during the course. 50% Concessional (2ndSleeper) Train fare and actual Bus fare (where there is no train service) will be reimbursed on production of Bus tickets in original & Photocopies of Train tickets. Please bring photocopies of train tickets while coming.
	Who can Attend	ALTs (Bulbul / Guide / Ranger) who have completed at least one year after receiving the Hon’ble Charge as ALT, assisted in one HWB course of their concerned section & conducted 2 Basic / Advanced Courses as LOC or one each.
	What to Bring	Usual camp kit : Chart Paper, Marker/Sketch pen, knotting rope, personal medicines, bedding, torch, Mosquito repellent etc. 2 Sets of Uniform as per APRO III. Please bring warm cloths as the climate at Pachmarhi in February will be cold.
	What to Prepare	1. Should come prepared atleast 50 Questions and Answers each from Scouting for Boys & WAGGGS. 50 B.P.Sayings and submit in presentable manner at the time of Registration. 2. During the course, Quiz Programme will be conducted and assessed. 3. Candidates are to be guided to come prepared for session on topic from the portion given for Himalaya Wood Badge Course for Unit Leaders (particular section) given in Scheme of Training (G) (One topic of their choice and the second one allotted by LOC). 4. Candidates are to come prepared with materials to organise a game suitable for training / testing of Adult Leaders.

A specimen copy of application is enclosed. Duly recommended application should reach NTC on or before 31^st December 2012. LATE COMERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. The State Training Commissioner’s are requested to ensure that application form along with all documents should reach to NTC well in time. No participants should start to National Training Centre, Pachmarhi without receiving the “FINAL INFORMATION LETTER” issued from NTC, Pachmarhi to the individual. Participants bringing application by hand will not be admitted. Only the new applications are accepted
