The Bangalore North District Association of
Bharat Scouts and Guides, Karnataka is organizing the following Basic Training
Courses for Scout Masters, Lady Scout Masters, Cub Masters, Lady Cub Masters,
Guide Captains, Flock Leaders and Bunny Aunties of Government
/ Private School Teachers, (Both Aided and Unaided ) and other
Educational Institutes in order to expand the Scout Movement to all the Schools
in Bangalore North District.

BUNNY AUNTY’S : ONLY
Female Teachers working in LKG, UKG & Anganwadi
Kendra’s, Handling Children of
the Age Group 0f 3 to 6 years. They
should be able to
Play Sing and teach simple
handicrafts.
IV. MODE OF PAYMENT:
Heads of the
institutions are requested to collect Rs. 5/- from every Child who is studying
in the School ( Irrespective of whether they are Scouts or not) and treat it as
Scout and
Guide Fund . This fund can be used for the Scout and Guide Activities
of the School. The concerned G.O. by the Director, Higher Education is given on Page 6 for your reference and
necessary Action. The Camp Fee , Registration Fee for the above said Courses
may be met out of the Scout and Guide Fund of the School. Payments can be made
by Cheque drawn in favour of Bharat
Scouts and Guides , Bangalore North District OR can be paid in Cash on 29th
/30th June 2013 or 2nd July 2013 at the Venue.
V. OOD: The Absence of the participating teachers may please be treated as on
OOD as per
G.O. No. ED:41: EBB:66 dated 26TH MAY
1967

An advance of Rs. 1,000 /- ( One thousand only ) from the
Scout and Guide Fund may be given to the selected teachers towards Uniform and

Correct and Complete Uniform , Light Warm Bedding , Blanket, Bed Sheet, Change of Clothes, Torch, Plate and Mug, Spoon, 3 Meters Cotton Rope with ½ inch
thickness(For learning Knots ), 200 Pages Note Book, Pen, Pencil, Scissors,
Toilet Kit / Shaving Kit , Soap Shampoo Towel, Comb, Shoe Polish, Civil Dress, Sketch Pen , Colour Paper, Thread
and Needle, Mosquito Coil, Camp Fire

XIII. HOW TO REACH THE CAMP SITE:
Government Buses are
available from Govt Law College , Mysore Bank Circle, and Kempe Gowda Bus
Station . Get down at Doddaballapur Railway Station. The Campsite is about 1 Km
from there. Autos are available.
The Heads of the
Institutions are requested to take immediate action and send Maximum number of
eligible teachers for the above courses. Their participation may be confirmed
to the District Secretary, Bangalore North District, No. 120, “Keshava Krupa”,
16th Cross, Ist Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560 010
The Block Development
Officers of Range I, II, III and IV should take immediate action and depute
maximum number of teachers for the above course.
Action in this matter
