Scout / Guide Greetings to you sir / Madam
A limited number of Staff are required to serve in the National Jamboree
at Mysore. There will be selection process subject to fulfilling the following conditions laid down by the NHQ.
*Should be at least HWB or above in any section
* Age between 21 to 55 years
* Can speak and understand Hindi and English
* Should be physically fit and be able to withstand strain of field work
* Should not be part of the State Contingent
* Should accept any responsibility bestowed for the success of the
jamboree
* The Name should be duly recommended in the attached proforma
endorsed by the State Association
* NHQ reserves the right to accept / Reject the candidate. NHQ also
reserves the right to admit any candidate at any time as Jamboree Staff
if found suitable for the work
* No change of name will be accepted at at the Jamboree Ground
* In case of unsatisfactory services indiscipline, unpunctuality observed
strict disciplinary action will be taken against such staff as per rules of the Bharat Scouts and Guides and recommendation will be made to state to remove him / her from primary membership
Date of reporting atthe jamboree site : 27.12.2016 afternoon. First Staff meeting will be held at 5.00 PM
Date of relieving : 05.01.2017 after Lunch.

The registration of Golden arrow
Award is an ongoing process. The last date for the receipt of the application
is 30.09.2016. Please make sure that the application forms in Duplicate to be
submitted to the State HQ through the undersigned. One Xerox Copy may be kept
with you and one may be given to the District.
The revised application form and the
Guidelines is available in the BS&G Website
www.bsgindia.org. You are
requested to read the Guidelines carefully and submit the application according
to that.
Golden Arrow is the highest
Award for the Cubs and Bulbuls. This Award is presented by the President of Bharat
Scouts and Guides in a specially organized Award ceremony conducted at National
Level. This award was introduced in the 2002.
The Cub
Masters and Flock Leaders are once again requested to read the Guidelines
carefully and prepare the Cubs and Bulbuls accordingly.
