       Sub : LATE SRI KONDAJJI BASAPPA’S BIRTH CENTENARY 

                CELEBRATIONS – INAGURAL FUNCTION ON 11.12.2014

           Scout and Guide Greetings to you Sir/Madam,

          The State HQ has proposed to hold Late Sri. Kondajji Basappa’s Birth Centenary Celebrations. In this connection A Grand Inaugural Function is planned to be held on 11^th DECEMBER 2014 at the State HQ Auditorium at Shanthigruha. Various Activities are planned for the benefit of Scouts, Guides, Rovers and Rangers.

          Hence you are requested to depute  10      Rovers,     10     Rangers,   10      Scouts and   10      Guides ALONG WITH THEIR UNIT LEADERS to participate in the Celebrations and also in the various activities IN FULL / SCOUT GUIDE UNIFORM. They may be directed to report at Girl Guide HQ, Next to Maharani,s College , Palace Road, Bangalore – 560 001.

          A Grand 5 Minute  programme of Folk Dance/Patriotic Dance may please be discussed with the undersigned.(ONLY ONE PROGRAMME FOR THE DISTRICT)

          Breakfast and Lunch will be provided by the State HQ.

          Hoping that you will depute the Rovers, Rangers, Scouts and Guides so as to facilitate them to participate in the activities and make the Inaugural Programme a Grand Success.
