The Deputy Conservator of Forests ,
Bangalore Urban District has
requested the Services of Scouts and Guides , at
the
“ VANAMAHOTSAVA – 2016 ”
programme organized by the Forest
Department
on 2ND JULY 2016 AT
MORARJI DESAI
RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL, ADAKIMARANAHALLI ,
DASANAPURA HOBLI , Tumkur
Road. Bangalore North District
( Few Kms from Agarwal Hotel and Jain Temple).
The programme of Mass Planting of
Saplings throughout the State
as a pat of the Green revolution. Hon Minister for Forests, Govt of
Karnataka
will inaugurate the programme.
Hence you are requested to depute
Maximum Number of Scouts
and Guides, Rovers and Rangers in FULL SCOUT AND GUIDE
UNIFORM
for rendering this Service for
this noble venture
ON 2ND JULY
2016 AT 10.00 AM SHARP. The Bus will come at
least one hour before. They should
be ready by 9.00 AM
Snacks
will be distributed for all participants after
the function. Certificates will
be issued .Transport arrangements
will be made by the organizers on request from
some
important places preferably from Dist HQ / Chamundi Scout Gp
to the Venue with
prior intimation to them. Please confirm your
participation well in advance and
oblige.
