Scout / Guide Greetings to you Sir / Madam,
I Wish to express my sincere Thanks to the principals of
the Schools who deputed te Scouts and Guides for the same programme wherein the
Chief Guest was the Minister of Forsts on 2nd July 2016.
The Deputy Conservator of Forests ,
Bangalore Urban District has requested the Services of Scouts and Guides. Again
for the SECOND “ VANAMAHOTSAVA –
2016 ” programme organized by the Forest Department on FRIDAY
THE 15TH JULY 2016 AT HENNUR LAKE - JEEVA VAIVIDYA VANA NEAR
NAGAVARA BRIDGE ON THE OUTER RING ROAD ( FEW KMS FROM HEBBAL FLY OVER ON THE WAY
TO KR PURAM )
The programme of Mass Planting of
Saplings at the above Venue will be inaugurated by HON CHIEF MISNISTER OF KARNATAKA.
Hence you are requested to depute
Maximum Number of Scouts and Guides, Rovers and Rangers in FULL SCOUT AND GUIDE UNIFORM
for rendering this Service for
this noble venture ON FRIDAY THE 15TH
JULY 2016 AT 9.00 AM SHARP. The Bus will come at least one hour before. They
should be ready by 8.00 AM
Snacks
will be distributed for all participants after the function. Certificates will
be issued .Transport arrangements will be made by the organizers on request
from some important places preferably from Dist HQ / Chamundi Scout Gp to the
Venue with prior intimation to them. Please confirm your participation well in
advance and oblige.
Hoping
