SWACTCHATA PROGRAMME & MAHATMA GANDHI JAYANTHI
As per the request of State Hq we are asked to Celebrate Mahatma Gandhi Jayanthi on 2nd October 2017 aa all Local associations so as to cover the entire District by organising the following projects
01. Swatchata Adolana , “Clean surroundings” Programme at
the School and adjoining areas
02. Taking Oath “Swatchata pledge”
03. Organising All Faith Prayers
04. Cleaning the nearest Railway Stations , Post offices,
Hospitals
05. Visiting Hospitals and Old Age Homes and distribution of
Fruits
06. Many such programmes at LA level
To discuss all this a meeting of LA Secretaries has been called on Saturday the 23rd September 2017 at 4.00 PM at the District HQ, Malleshwaram. I request all the LA Secretaries to attend this meeting with an action plan which will be submitted to State HQ.
Please Bring forth your ideas and actions that attract vide public Service and awareness
You are free to present your ideas on 23rd which you feel good
