Theme: “ Develop a Global partnership for Development

Scout and Guide Greetings to you Sir / Madam,

We are happy to inform you that the CUBS / BULBULS of your  School AS PER ATTACHED LIST have been QUALIFIED for attending the TESTING CAMP FOR CHATURTHA CHARAN (CUBS), AND HEERAK PANKH (BULBULS ) AWARDS  organized  by  Bharat  Scouts and Guides , Bangalore North District on 27^TH FEBRUARY 2015 AND 28^TH FEBRUARY 2015 ( 2 DAYS ) .The Testing Camp will be held at the District Headquarters, premises of Sri. Chamundi Scout Group, Bangalore – 560 003. The Examiners for the Testing Camp will be appointed by the State HQ. The Details are as follows:-

                                         (2 Days) Compulsory for all Eligible Cubs & Bulbuls

05.     Time of Reporting:   Before 08.30 AM on both the days

07.     Registration Fee   :  Rs. 50/-                                                       

08.     CAMP FEE          Rs. 150/- PER HEAD ( INCLUSIVE OF MORNING MILK, 

                                        BREAKFAST / LUNCH, EVENING SNACKS FOR TWO DAYS

09.     What to Bring      : Ground Sheets, Correct and Complete  Cub & Bulbul                                                           Uniform , Knot Tying  Rope 2 Meters, Log Book, Scribbling

                                         Pad, Pen , Sketch pen, Proficiency Badge Certificates,

                                          Writing Materials APRO etc.,Trinagular Six’s Colour     

                                         Patch should be worn on the left side shoulder.

                                        Water Bottle , Plate & Mug (Compulsory).

Hence the Heads of the Institutions are requested to kindly send the Eligible Cubs and Bulbuls along with their Cub Master and Flock Leader to  the above Camp so as to enable them to appear before the Examiners.

          The List of Eligible Cubs & Bulbuls is herewith enclosed.

NOTES FOR THE CUB MASTERS ,AND FLOCK LEADERS:  

01. Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp.

       If it is already paid please bring the Receipt or the Receipt No and Date of Payment.  

       Cheques should be drawn in favour of “Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bangalore  

       North District”

02. Cubs & Bulbuls must prepare themselves to Sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song &  

      National Anthem individually and  say  orally the Law, Promise, &  Pravesh

      Subjects

03. Applications for the Chaturtha Charan ( Cubs ), Heerak Pankh , (Bulbuls ), and

       Tritiya Sopan (Scouts and Guides )  for the year 2015-16 distributed at Besant Park

       on 13^th December 2014 must reach the District Office (Along with Photographs) on
