All the selected Scouts and Guides are welcome to board the Bus on
22nd December 2018 at 11.00 PM
We will be reurning to Bangalore on 26th December at 10.00 or 11.00 PM
Exact time of arrival will be informed to parents by their Scouts / Guides
PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT THE COLLEGE PREMISES

02. Please maintain Discipline and participate in the Pooja for all the Buses. Please occupy the seats in the buses allotted.
03. Please Don't scramble for seats. You have 4 Days wherein you can shuffle and make new friends
04. please be in time and help us to organise the Tour effectively for which lot of efforts have been put in to make it attractive.
05. Please bring the following
(a) Plate and Mug ( Including Scouters and Guiders ). Please use Steel Plates and steel Cups to protect environment.
(b ) Water bottle
(c) Change of Clothing
(d) Light Warm Bedding with Ground Sheets
(e) Sweaters, Blankets Bed sheets , Air Pillows etc.,
(f) Note book, Pen / Pencils, sketch pens , Drawing sheets etc.,
(g) Personal Toilet Kit containing Soap, Tooth brush, Paste, Cream , Shampoo etc.,
(h) Personal Medicines and peronal First aid Kit
(i) Back Packs, T-shirts and P-Caps and a Small Pouch , ID Cards will be given to all
Certificates for all and Prizes for Competition Winners will be given
Parents are requested to Cooperate and make the Tour a pleasure
your children will be taken care of well by the concerned teachers, Myself and Assistant State Organising Commissioner. Cooks will accompany us to prepare Food for all
The probable places of Visit are Jog Falls, Sirsi Markamba Temple, Yaana , Adventure climbing
Idugunji , Muradeshwara, Anegudde, Udupi, Malpe, Manipal, Dharmasthala, Kukke Subramanya,
Hassan, Belur , Halebid , Yediyur and back to Bangalore
the above tours are subjected to Change according to traffice etc.,
Drivers must be given time to take rest.
All the Scouters and Guiders are requested to collect and submit the Individual application forms , with the signatures of principals , Parents (Risk Certificate) and paticipants
before Boarding the Bus.
Scouters / Guiders are requested to bring and pay the Unit Renewal Fees to ASOC
