As your aware that Common people are facing hardship in the Routine Bank transactions. The Rover Leaders / Ranger Leaders / Scout Masters / Guide Captains are requested to Lead a A small Team / Teams of Rovers, Rangers, Senior Scouts and Senior Guides to the nearby Banks of your Area in FULL SCOUT / GUIDE UNIFORM and render all possible assistance to the General Public in consultation with the Branch Manager of the Bank.
Let us render our little Service to the common People and redress their problems to a extent possible. You may distribute applications , Assist them to fill up the form, Distribute Water , Get Xerox copies of Documents etc., or Render any Service by working in liaison with the Bank Authorities. .

We are happy to inform you that the SCOUTS  AND  GUIDES of your  School AS PER ENCLOSED LIST have been QUALIFIED for attending the DISTRICT LEVEL 
TESTING CAMP FOR TRITIYA SOPAN SCOUTS / GUIDES , PREPARATORY CAMP
FOR RAJYAPURASKAR SCOUTS AND GUIDES FROM 26^TH TO 29^TH NOVEMBER 
2016,   We take this opportunity to thank you , your Scouters and Guiders , for the efforts 
taken in Training these Scouts  and Guides,  for  the said Award. The Testing Camp is 
organized by the Bangalore North District at Besant Park, Doddaballapur. The details are
 given below:

DETAILS OF THE CAMP:

01. NAME OF THE     : DISTRICT LEVEL TESTING CAMP FOR TRITIYA

02. VENUE                    : “Besant Park” , Central Training Camp, Doddaballapur

03. DATES                    : 26^TH TO 29^TH NOVEMBER 2016

04. REGISTRATION   : Please refer the Circular for Regn Fee, Camp Fee and food 
                                          Charges

05. CAMP FEE             : 

06. FOOD CHARGES  : 

07. TOTAL AMOUNT :               The Total amount as per the Circular can be paid at the 
                                           Campsite in New Currency or through Crossed Cheque drawn in 
                                           favour of "Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bangalore north District"
08.DATE OF ARRIVAL      : 26^th November 2016 before 09.00 AM

09. DATE OF DEPARTURE:  29^th November 2016 after  3.00 PM 

10. WHAT TO BRING (IN GENERAL) : CORRECT AND COMPLETE SCOUT 
      / GUIDE , UNIFORM,  ( SCOUTS SHOULD WEAR BLUE PANTS ) , GIRL 
      GUIDES SHOULD TIE UP THE PLAITED HAIR WITH A BLACK RIBBON 
      Change of Clothing ,Light / Warm  Bedding, Plate, Tumbler,  Mug, Toilet Kit, Knot 
      Tying Rope, Staves and Coir Ropes for making Gadgets, Pioneering Projects, Note Book, 
      Log Book, Pen, Sketch Pen, Torch, Proficiency Badge Certificates, Writing Materials, 
      APRO, Personal Medicines, Needle & Thread etc.,                                             

 11. WHAT TO BRING IN PARTICULAR:    

      TRITEEYA SOPAN SCOUTS AND GUIDES,  SHOULD BRING  :

       (A) COMPLETED LOG BOOKS & PROFICIENCY BADGE CERTIFICATES
             IN ORIGINAL DULY SIGNED BY UNIT LEADERS AND BADGE EXAMINORS. 

             (SPECIMEN CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED)

       (B) TRITIYA SOPAN SCOUTS / GUIDES  MUST BRING FIVE  PASSPORT SIZE 

             COLOUR PHOTOGRAPHS IN CORRECT AND COMPLETE UNIFORM

       RAJYAPURASKAR SCOUTS AND GUIDES SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING:

       (A) PROVISIONS AND OTHER MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR COOKING IN OPEN 

             AIR WITH FIRE ; SERVING FOOD FOR 2 PERSONS INDIVIDUALLY ( EACH  

             SCOUT / GUIDE, TO COOK ONE SWEET DISH, ONE HOT SPICEY DISH AND 

             MAKE ONE BEWERAGE 

      (B) SHOULD BRING MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR BUILDING IMPROVISED 
            SHELTER FOR TWO PERSONS.

     ( C ) SCOUTS AND GUIDES MUST FOLLOW NEW APRO OF APRIL 2015

      (D) SCOUTS AND GUIDES MUST QUALIFY FOR THE AMBULANCE MAN 
             BADGE.

      (E) SHOULD PRODUCE COMPLETED LOG BOOK AND ALL PROFICIENCY  
            BADGE CERTIFICATES IN ORIGINAL TAGGED AS A BUNCH TOGETHER 
            DULY SIGNED BY THE UNIT LEADERS AND BADGE EXAMINERS.

      (D) SINCE THE STATE LEVEL RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP IS 
             SCHEDULED TO BE HELD IMMEDIATELY AFTER  THIS CAMP IT IS 
             NECESSARY THAT THE COMPLETED LOG BOOKS SHOULD BE 
             SUBMITTED WITHOUT FAIL.

Hence you are requested to kindly send your Scouts and  Guides  ALONG WITH THEIR 
SCOUT MASTERS, GUIDE CAPTAINS respectively to the above Camp so as to enable 
them to prepare for the Testing Camp.The List of ELIGIBLE SCOUTS, GUIDES, selected 
by the District / State is enclosed herewith.

NOTES : FOR THE SCOUT MASTERS, GUIDE CAPTAINS, :

 01. Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp. 
        If it is already paid please bring the Receipt or the Receipt No and Date of Payment. -

02.   Scouts / Guides must prepare themselves to Sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song  and 
        National Anthem individually and Say the Law, Promise and Pravesh Subjects orally..

03.   The List of Eligible Candidates will not be attached to the Circular if the Scouts and Guides have submitted the application for Tritiya Sopan Testing Camp and Rajyapuraskar preparatory Camp. Those who have not yet submitted their application for the Testing Camp for Tritiya Sopan Scouts and Guides , Rajya puraskar preparatory Camp can submit their applications ON OR BEFORE 24th November 2016 and the Eligibility can be 
            confirmed while Submitting the application. 

           The application forms can be had from the District Organiser .
            ELIGIBILITY : TRITIYA SOPAN : Scouts and Guides BORN BETWEEN jANUARY 2003 TO 31st July 2004
            RAJYAPURASKAR : Scouts and guides who have completed 12 years and not more than 15 years . Please refer APRO Part 2 for Scouts and Part 3 for Guides.
