01.. Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp. . If it is 
       already paid please bring the receipt or the receipt Number,  date of payment . Cheques 
        should drawn in favour of "Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bangalore North District ). Unit 
        Renewal Fee Scouts Rs. 242/- and Rs.98/- for Cubs and Bulbuls.

02.   Cubs and Bulbuls must prepare themselves to sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song. and 
        National Anthem.individually and repeat the Law, Promise and Pravesh Subjects

03.  Application for the Chaturtha charan, (Cubs), Heerak Pankh (Bulbuls) and Tritiya 
       Sopan (Scouts and Guides)for the year 2016-17 distributed earlier must reach the

08. SCOUT MASTERS & LADY SCOUT MASTERS: MALE AND FEMALE TEACHERS    

        working in Middle and High Schools handling Boys  in the Age Group of 10 to 17 years

09. CUB   MASTERS & LADY CUB MASTERS:  MALE AND FEMALE TEACHERS working    

       in Lower Primary and Higher Primary  Schools handling Boys in the Age group of 5 to 10

       Years.

10. GUIDE CAPTAINS: FEMALE TEACHERS ONLY Working in Middle and High Schools  

       Handling Girls in the Age  group of 10 to 17 years

    

11. FLOCK LEADERS : FEMALE TEACHERS ONLY  working in Lower Primary and Higher  

       Primary Schools handling  Girls in the Age group of 5 to 10 years

12. BUNNY AUNTIES :  ONLY Female Teachers working in LKG, UKG & Anganwadi

      Kendras , Handling  Children of the Age Group 0f 3 to 6 years. They should be able to play

       Sing and teach simple handicrafts.

IV.  Regn Fee , Camp Fee, Boarding Charges and Travelling Charges may be met from the Scout

       and Guide Fund of the School.

                                                           

V. MODE OF CREATING SCOUT / GUIDE FUND : Heads of the institutions are requested to

     collect Rs. 5/- from every Child who is studying in the School ( Irrespective of whether they

     are Scouts or not) and treat it as Scout and Guide Fund . This fund can be used for the Scout

     and Guide Activities of the School. The concerned G.O. by the Director, Higher Education  is

     given on Page 5 / 6 for your reference and necessary Action. The Camp Fee , Registration Fee

     for the above said Courses may be met out of the Scout and Guide Fund of the School.

     Payments can be made by Cheque drawn in favour of  “ Bharat Scouts and Guides ,

     Bangalore North District “ OR can be paid in Cash on 5^TH / 9^TH NOVEMBER 2016 at the

     Venue.

VII. OOD: The Absence of the participating teachers may please be treated as on OOD as per

                    G.O.  No. ED:41: EBB:66 dated 26^TH MAY 1967

             01.      Steel Grey Shirt of Scout Pattern / Police Uniform pattern with Shoulder Flap, 2        Patch Pockets

             02.      Navy Blue Pant with 2.5 inch Belt Loop

IX. UNIFORM FOR LADY SCOUT MASTERS AND LADY CUB MASTERS:

            01.       Steel Grey Saree ( Non Transparent )

            02.       Steel Grey Shirt Two Patch Pockets Hand sleeves 8 Cms above Elbow with        

                        turned up and Stitched down cuffs 4Cms wide with Sports Collar and shoulder.    

                        Flaps with Epaulettes on  both shoulders , the Shirt shall not be Tight Fitting and

                        Grey Web Belt                                                                                          

X. ALTERNATIVE UNIFORM FOR LADY SCOUT MASTERS AND  LADY CUB MASTERS.

            01.      Steel Grey Salwar Kameez of plain Non Transparent material, Length of the

                       Kameez shall be up to the knees, Kameez shall have 2 patch pockets Half 

                       Sleeves 8 Cms above the elbow with turned up and stitched down Cuffs 4 Cms   

                       wide, Open Sports Collar with Epaulettes on both shoulders  Salwar and Kameez 

                      shall not be tight fitted. Duppatta shall be Steel Grey in Colour made of plain 

                       non transparent material.

XV. HOW TO REACH THE CAMP SITE:

         Government Buses are available from Govt Law College , Mysore Bank  Circle, 

        and Kempe Gowda Bus Station . Get down at Doddaballapur Railway Station. The 

         Campsite is about 1 Km from there. Autos are available.

     The NHQ has postposed the Schduled Testing Camp for Rashtrapathy Scouts on 21.10.2016 and Rashtrapathy Guides on 2.11.2016 to a further date to be announced afterwards.

      But the Preparatory Camp Scheduled by the District HQ will

go on as scheduled on 19th October 2016 at Sri Dist HQ, Chamundi Scout premises at Malleshwaram from 9.00 AM tp 5.00 PM
