Dear Sir / Madam,

     Scout and Guide Greetings to you Sir / Madam

     We are glad to inform you that the following Rovers and Rangers are selected for rendering the service at the National Jamboree at Adakanahalli near Mysore. The concerned Principals of the Colleges are requested to release the Rovers and Rangers for Service at the Jamboree. They have to report at the Jamboree Site at 10.00 AM on 25th December 2016 and will be relieved on 5th January 2017..

     Their Transport Charges may be met out of the Rover / Ranger Fund of the College. Boarding and Lodging will be taken care of by the Jamboree Funds.They have to bring 2 sets of Uniform, Change of Clothing, Light Warm Bedding and Blankets, Plate and Mug, Torch, Water Bottles, Musquito repellants

Toiletries, Personal medicines etc.,

    They have to maintain utmost discipline and bring a Good Name to the Institution and Bangalore North District.. In case of indiscipline of any manner they will be relieved from service .

01.     Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp. If it is already paid please bring the Receipt or the Receipt No and Date of Payment.

02.     Cubs / Bulbuls must prepare themselves to Sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song  and National Anthem individually and Say the Law, Promise and Pravesh Subjects orally. Cubs and Bulbuls must prepare for the Cub / Bulbul Greeting. Mougli / Tara Story

                             test  *Individual Test Card  *All the eligible candidates must come Well prepared
                            with their Camp Kit, Testing Material etc., *Log Book and Proficiency Bade Certificates 
                            from approved  Examiners . Testing Maerials ie., First Aid Materials  pioneering 
                            materials, Log Book , Reports and Certificates  *Two Recent Pass port size Colour 
                            Photographs in Full  uniform, * Birth Certificate ( Certificate issued by the Head of the

                            Institution where the applicant is studying in case the candidate has appeared for the 
                            Board Examination . Photo copy of the Board Certificate duly attested by the Competent                             Authority )  * Two sets of Uniform as per APRO part III * Plate and Mug, Torch, 
                            Knotting Rope, Warm Clothes and Bedding / Sleeping Bags, Toilet requisites, Candle , 
                            Match Box, Rain Coat / Umbrella etc., Materials related to Proficiency Badges
