02. PLACE : MILAGRES FIRST GRADE COLLEGE,KALYANAPURA, 

                    UDUPI  DISTRICT

03. DATE : 30^TH DECEMBER 2013 TO 03^RD JANUARY 2014

04.. REPORTING DATE AND TIME : 30.12.2013 AT 9.00 AM. LATE COMERS 

       WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

05. DEPARTURE DATE AND TIME : 03.01.2014 AFTER LUNCH

06. REGISTRATION FEE  : Rs. 25/-

07. WHAT TO BRING : Complete Uniform, Note Book, Pen, Sweater,  Umbrella, 

      Torch, Plate and Mug, Water Bottle, Change of Clothes, Light and 
       Warm Bedding,Cotton Rope, Thread and Needle, Costumes for Camp Fire etc., 

08.  Travelling ExpenseS : Actual Travelling Expenses or Rs. 200.00 /- whichever is 

       less   Will be given on production of Tickets

09.  Quota 3 Rovers + 6 Rangers / Senior Guides / 1 Ranger Leader

10.  Boarding / Lodging : Will be provided by the State HQ and District HQ

Leaders are requested to depute the Eligible Rovers, Rangers to attend the 

Camp.  , Senior Guides  are also eligible to attend.
