Scout and Guide Greetings to you Sir / Madam,

I am happy to inform you that the State HQ will be holding the Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp for Scouts and Guides for the year 2016-17 from 24^th to 28^th May 2016 at Besant Park Doddaballapur. The Details of the Testing Camp are given below:

01.     Venue                            :         Dr Annie Besant Park, Doddaballapur.

02.     Dates                             :         24TH MAY 2016 TO 28^TH MAY 2016

                                               

03.     Reporting Date              :         24^TH MAY 2016 AT 09.00 AM

04.     Relieving Date               :         28^TH MAY 2016 AT AT 04.00 PM           

04.     Boarding and Lodging   :         Hospitality by State HQ

05.     Regn Fees                      :         Rs. 25/- per Head

         

05.     Travelling Allowance     :         One Way Bus fare ( ORDINARY BUS )will be                                                                                            paid on producing the Ticket

06.     Who can attend              :         Eligible Scouts and Guides as per the List sent to School                                                          

07.     Particulars to Note                  :        

                   Joining Age at the time of joining Scouts / Guides Units should be 10 yrs

                   Should have attended the District Level Triteeya Sopan Testing Camp and obtained

                   Qualifying Certificate 

                   Should Wear Full and Correct Uniform, WITH Proficiency Badges

                   Log Book must be Complete with the Signatures of Examiners.

                   Scouters / Guiders must attend along with the Scouts/Guides

                   Only 16 Scouts / Guides will be admitted per Unit.

NOTE : ASPER NEW APRO AMBULANCE MAN BADGE IS COMPULSORY FOR RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP FOR BOTH SCOUTS AND GUIDES. PLEASE FOLLOW THE NEW APRO -2015

                                                           

08.     What to Bring                :          Uniform, Change of Clothing, Light Bedding,  Blanket, 

                                                          Plate and Mug, Log Book, Rope,  Staves, Colour Pencils, Sketch 

                                                          Pens, Toilet Kit and other      materials required for the

                                                          Examination.

09.     SPECIAL REVIEW     :       

          Special Review Camp is organized to assist the Scouts and Guides, to prepare well for

 the Testning Camp FROM TUESDAY THE 3^RD MAY 2016 TO 5^TH MAY 2016 FROM 

10..00 AM TO 2.00 PM at the District HQ, Premises of Sri. Chamundi Scout Group ,

Sri. Chamundi Scout Rasthe, (West Park Road), Malleshwaram , Bangalore – 560 003. ( Behind Malleshwaram Market ).

       You are requested to send the Scouts and Guides in FULL SCOUT / GUIDE UNIFORM along with LOG BOOK, BADGES EARNED, PROFICIENCY          BADGE CERTIFICATES, ETC., THEY SHOULD ALSO BRING LUNCH  BOXES AND WATER BOTTLES

NOTE: PL SEND THE UNIT RENEWAL FEES FOR THE YEAR 2016-17 FOR ALL THE UNITS OF YOUR SCHOOL.

 The Renewal / Regn Fee Receipt No has to be entered in the the application Form. Hence

 please  send the unit renewal fee with the scouts and Guides when they come for 

Special Review.

          Hence you are requested to kindly send your Scouts and Guides along with their Scout Master 

and Guide Captain to the Review Camp at the Dist HQ Bangalore and the Actual Testing Camp at Doddaballapur so as to enable them to get well trained before appearing for the Testing Camp 

Examiners. The List of Eligible Scouts and Guides is enclosed herewith
