          We are glad to inform you that to commemorate Centenary year of Cubbing, National Level Cub / Bulbul Leaders Summit will be organized and conducted by the National Headquarters, New Delhi and hosted by the Bharat Scouts & Guides, Madhya Pradesh State at "Mogliland" Mahakaleshwar Training Centre, Bordai, Seoni, Madhya Pradesh from 1^st to 3^rd December 2016.

06. How to Reach : District Seoni is in between Nagpur & Jabalpur 

      Highway. Seoni Railway Station is about 110 K.M. from Nagpur and 
      70 Kms from Chindwara. Buses are also available to reach Seoni 

      from Nagpur / Jabalpore / Chindwara Bus Stand. Share Auto-

      Rickshaws are available to reach "Mogliland" Mahakaleshwar 

      Training Centre, Bordai which is about 07 Kms from Seoni Railway 

      Station / BusStand

08. Who can participate : Unit Leaders of Cub & Bulbul Section who 

       holds valid Warrant i.e. Cubmasters. Ladv Cubmasters and Flock 

       Leaders.

09. Quota : 8 CM and 4 FL for the State Extra Quota may be permitted 

      on application

10. Fees : Rs 200/- Development Fee & Rs 80/- Special Fee, 

      Total Rs 280/- per head to be paid at the time of Registration

11. What to Bring :  Correct and complete unifofm as per APRO Part 

       ll & lll, Warm Bedding, personal clothing's, Sleeping Bag, 
       Sleeping mat, Toilet requisites, Torch, Water Bottle, Rope, Plate,
       Mug,Spoon, Writing materials, First Aid kit, Traditional Costumes etc.

12. Financial.Assistance Travelling Expenses is to be borne by the 

      participants or their sponsoring authority. Free hospitality will be 

      provided by the NHQ Participation Certificate will be presented

      Success Story of Cubbing in the State (State Presentation), 
      Visit to Mogliland, Educational Tour, discussions on how to 
      uplift Cub & Bulbul section in the Country, State Exhibition 
      depicting Cubbing & Bulbuls its activities, Celebration of 
100 years of Cubbing, Red Flower / 

      Kalrav and many more attractive programmes.

       allotted quota, please inform us at the earliest so that additional quota

       may be allotted to other States.
