Scout / Guide Greetings to you Sir / Madam,

We are happy to inform you that the Cubs and Bulbuls of your School as per list have been Qualified

for the Testing Camp for Chaturtha Charan (Cubs) and Heerak Pankh (Bullbuls) Awards organised by Bangalore North District on 8th and 9th November 2016 ( 2 Days ).. The 
Testing Camp will be held at Besant Park, Doddaballapur. The Examiners for the Testing 
Camp will be appointed by the State HQ.The details are as follows:

06. REGN FEE , CAMP FEE, AND BOARDING CHARGES :  PLEASE REFER TO 

                            CIRCULAR SENT TO THE SCHOOLS

07. WHAT TO BRING  : Ground Sheets , Correct and complete Uniform , Knot Tying 
                                         Rope 2 Meters, Log Book,Scribbling Pad, Sketch Pen., Proficiency 
                                         Badge Certificatees, Writing Materials , APRO etc., Triangular 
                                         Six's Colour Patch, should be worn   on the left side of the Shoulder,    
                                         Water Bottle, Plate and Mug (Compulsory)

with their Cub Masters and Flock Leaders to the above Camp so as to enable them to appear before 

the Examiners.

NOTES FOR THE CUB MASTERS AND FLOCK LEADERS 

01.. Those who have not paid the Unit Renewal Fee may pay the same at the Camp. . If it is 
       already paid please bring the receipt or the receipt Number,  date of payment . Cheques 
        should drawn in favour of "Bharat Scouts and Guides, Bangalore North District ). Unit 
        Renewal Fee Scouts Rs. 242/- and Rs.98/- for Cubs and Bulbuls.

02.   Cubs and Bulbuls must prepare themselves to sing the Prayer Song, Flag Song. and 
        National Anthem.individually and repeat the Law, Promise and Pravesh Subjects

03.  Application for the Chaturtha charan, (Cubs), Heerak Pankh (Bulbuls) and Tritiya 
       Sopan (Scouts and Guides)for the year 2016-17 distributed earlier must reach the 
       District Office (Along with Photographs on or before 31st October 2016. Application 
       forms can be had from Smt. Kumari Honnamma, District Organiser, at the District HQ 
       or the undersigned. Specimen Application Form enclosed for reference please. you are 
       requested to advice the Cubs and Bulbuls / Scout Guides ) to act fast  and submit the
       forms at the earliest
